Spotted this Red-tailed Hawk at the Malba Jetty …

Spotted this Red-tailed Hawk at the Malba Jetty. Watched him try to snatch a bird in flight. Very interesting to see that he has 3 separate bands on his feet. I’m not able to make out the numbers …
