It’s taken over 40 years, but we finally have a stop light going up on the corner of 127th Street and 11th avenue. Since I’m a kid, we’ve seen real bad accidents there, and it’s only gotten worse over time. I remember one motorcycle accident when I was a teenager, where the poor bastard was killed and left parts of his skull and brains on the road … so, this is a long time coming, and many lives lost…

After months of planning, and weeks of weather related delays, we got those 2 new generators up onto the roof. A truly impressive experience to witness. These riggers know their business. Another month or so, then we will move our critical load back onto them, and off of those Cats on 39th street…. Good work lads, we salute you all !!! NYC Generator Lift – November 2011
While the landlord finally got to lift those new generators to the roof this past weekend, we did a bunch of work ourselves. We installed 2 new AC units, replaced a logic board in our UPS, ran the temporary generators and performed a UPS battery discharge test. Whew…. the boys are tired ….
