David Letterman is still getting his hiney kicked over that bad joke about Sarah Palin’s daughter. Now there’s a new website called – http://firedavidletterman.com/ – I’ve seen the joke, and the apology, both are pretty lame. He should do a retake and just insert Malia’s name instead. I think the true test of any suspected tasteless or rude comment can best be measured by running two versions. The one where it’s said about a popular person, fad or act, and again with the opposite. So, when you want to display the crucifix dripping in urine, place it next to the koran the same way. When you cover the story about the crazy white man killing people at the Holocaust museum, show the story about the wild Muslim killing soldiers at the recruiting station. Balance. |

Jack Joseph Leone Jr. graduated Queens College today. Today was the formal ceremony, and the one we will use for our ‘records’, however Jack graduated in January. Not one for formality, Jack worked today, and skipped the ceremony, giving us a break from being in the rain today. We thank you for that Jack. We also congratulate you on this milestone in your life. Your hard work and efforts have paid off. You make your Mom and me happy and proud everyday. You’re a very special person to us, what being our first son and all that. I can still remember the day we brought you home, and the way you smelled. I don’t remember much more than that these days, so I am happy I still have that. You are a wonderful, loving and caring young man and with some incredible potential. You’re a wonderful brother to Joe and Frank, as well as a great friend to have. The special relationship you have with your Mother is a testament to her skills and have prepared you for your own family. We love you and are very proud of you today and everyday !!! I Love You and wish you the very best in life. Congratulations !!! |
